Piano will perform scheduled maintenance on Saturday, August 1, 18:00–20:00 UTC to upgrade the ESP database infrastructure to newer, higher-performance hardware. The maintenance will affect Piano ESP services in the AP and AU regions. A brief service interruption is expected during the window — typically 1–2 minutes, with a maximum of approximately 10 minutes. During this period, users may not be able to access ESP dashboards, send email campaigns, or interact with ESP-powered features such as on-site recommendations and data collection in the AP and AU regions.
