[ESP] Search Infrastructure Upgrade (AP and AU regions)

Piano will perform scheduled maintenance on Monday, October 26, 15:00–17:00 UTC to upgrade the search and analytics engine (Elasticsearch) behind Piano ESP to a newer, supported version. The maintenance will affect Piano ESP services in the Asia (AP) and Australia (AU) regions. A brief service interruption is possible during the window, up to approximately 15 minutes. During this period, users may see slower responses or errors when they view statistics and reports in the ESP dashboards, search content, or get on-site recommendations. Collected events and email activity may also appear in reports later than usual. Email campaigns will continue to send.
