Between 23:12 UTC on September 8 and 10:03 UTC on September 9, Piano experienced an issue affecting automated publishing from content feeds. During this period, configured RSS feeds could not be fetched, and feed-based posts were not published to Facebook or X. Articles released while the issue was active may not have been posted automatically to the affected social accounts. The underlying issue has been addressed and feed collection and publishing have been fully restored. Our team continues to work on measures to prevent a recurrence.
