On Tuesday November 12, 2024 Piano experienced elevated error rates on VX access/check and access/list endpoints. The incident lasted from 21:02 to 21:22 UTC and from 22:04 to 22:22 UTC. Endpoints are now functioning normally and the root cause is being investigated.
